1. About the Service

CambPrep (cambprep.com) is an online platform for IELTS exam preparation. The service provides practice exercises for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking, with AI-powered feedback and evaluation generated by Google Gemini.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CambPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

CambPrep offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan — limited access to exercises and features at no cost.
  • Premium Monthly — €4.99/month with full access to all features.
  • Premium Annual — €39.99/year with full access to all features.

Prices are in euros and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. CambPrep does not store your credit card or payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at albertomerino.ams@icloud.com. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.

7. AI-Generated Content

CambPrep uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate exercise evaluations and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be considered a substitute for professional assessment. Use it as a study aid at your own discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the platform.
  • Not share your account credentials with others.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on CambPrep are owned by or licensed to CambPrep. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CambPrep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
